No more worries about having insufficient value on your Octopus. Your card will be automatically reloaded with HK$250 from your designated HKD current account when your Octopus balance reaches zero or negative balance with the built-in Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS).
Security Alert on AAVS transactions
Enjoy peace of mind with Security Alert service on AAVS transactions. You will receive SMS alerts on any abnormal consecutive AAVS transactions or any overdraft incurred by AAVS on your designated HKD current account.
Note: This service is only available to customers who provide a valid HK mobile phone number upon card application.
Octopus Rewards
You are automatically registered for the Octopus Rewards Programme. When you make purchases with your card at the designated Octopus Rewards partner outlets, you can earn or redeem Reward$.
